RAM Starts Getting Expensive Again

Hopefully it won't be a lightning fast process, not like what happened to HDDs when they doubled or tripled in price, but factories seem to be have finally succeeded in sending chip prices hiking. It isn't just any percentage either, but a full 10%, for 1 Gb DDR2 at least, while 2 Gb DDR3 went up by 3%.
